  • Attending meetings with customers alone or together with sales team to

    • convince with technical arguments to test the products,
    • discuss the technical issue/target and solution following your guideline.
  • Answering all/defined tech inquiries of customers as a technical contact for technical inquiries.
  • Attending trials at customers and providing suggestion of processing condition to troubleshoot during and after the trials.
  • Development of new application at customers.
  • Providing feedback from market to internal R&D.
  • Claim coordination and preparation of 8D reports.

Business Development

  • Identifying the potential of products, application and market.
  • Identifying the key customers and value chain partners.
  • Create several price strategies based on performance, demand, suppliability and potential for individual customer.
  • Introduction of products and their added values in business generation to establish a win-win relationship.
  • Following up trials and provide tech service if needed.
  • Working as a key contact for customers until commercialization.
  • Negotiating strategic price together with sales.
  • Leading and managing development projects internally or externally at an institute or University to meet up demand of customers.
  • Documenting all activities in CRM or any other reporting system.
